Burnett County vs, Citizen Accused of Operating Whille Intoxicated
Defendant was charged with Operating While Intoxicated after being seen leaving a bar in a black pickup truck and supposedly the same pickup truck being found on the side of the road 30 minutes later. Attorney Mullen from Mullen, Schlough & Associates SC was able to show the court the defendant could not have driven the truck because it was not registered in his name.
***Case Dismissed By Court***
